Eligible applicants are workplaces enrolled in all four major social insurance programs that newly hire people aged 60 or older. The program provides wage subsidies of up to KRW 5.5 million per person, including up to KRW 2.7 million for six months and an additional KRW 2.8 million for those retained for at least 18 months.
